Adam Driussi - Founder and Director of Quantium
Adam is a Founder and Director of Quantium. Quantium is now Australia's largest data analytics business, employing over 350 staff who specialise in helping clients in industries such as financial services, retail, fast moving consumer goods, media and telecommunications leverage value from their data.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Economics (Actuarial Studies) from Macquarie University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He In 2013, Adam was awarded Actuary of the Year by the Actuaries Institute for his work in data analytics. Prior to co-founding Quantium, Adam was a Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Dr Neil Fraser - Director, Strategic Planning and Information, Macquarie University
Dr Neil Fraser is in charge of data needs and analysis of the University which includes mapping long term strategies as well as helping optimize the portfolio of initiatives based on risk, returns, capital and people. In addition he continues to manage the teams who produce actionable insights in assisting the University to remain at the forefront of academic and research excellence in Australia. He also champions the Master of Data Analytics and the Bachelor of Business Analytics programs.
Angelo Joseph - Head of Enterprise Sales Engineering, ANZ at Google.
Angelo leads pre-sales engineering for Google's enterprise solutions for business, government and education in Australia and New Zealand. Angelo brings more than two decades of experience in the IT industry and has been on the forefront of adoption of new IT such as Web, Java, Portals Thin Clients, Identity Management and Cloud. Before Google, Angelo held leadership positions within pre-sales divisions at IBM, Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
Angelo holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a telecommunications major from the University of Technology, Sydney.
