Profile

Lu has extensive teaching experience in all sub-disciplines of accounting. Lu's research and teaching interests include financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, stakeholder management, organizational learning, leadership, organizational culture, work values and business ethics. Prior to joining academia, Lu also worked extensively in top-tier professional accounting firms.

Research grants

2016 – 2017 Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) Research Grant for "The Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Work Values on Job Stress, Wellbeing and Academic Performance of Australian Accounting and Finance Academics" with Dr Kym Butcher, Emeritus Professor Graeme Harrison, and Dr Jinhua Chen, $4,500.
