Sabine Ludewig is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Management in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Macquarie University, where she teaches Change Management and Sustainability.

As regular recipient of the University of Sydney Business School's Dean's Citation for 'Excellence in Teaching' and with a national recognition (ALTC)  for 'Outstanding contributions to student learning',  Sabine feels passionate about teaching. She has taken on coordination and leadership roles in the design and implementation  of large culturally diverse under and postgraduate units including  the Master of Commerce Program at the University of Sydney.  Her principle areas of research are Communication,  Hermeneutics and Critical Thinking.  She is currently engaged in a collaborative project using survey evidence to identify the influence of teaching critical thinking in business on the language performance of  NESB students.  

Sabine holds a BA and MA equivalent from the University of Hildesheim in Germany and a PhD from the University of Sydney where she was a DAAD (German Academic Exchange) scholar and recipient of an APRA (Australian Postgraduate Research Award) scholarship. Her first language is German and she is a certified translator in French as well as a qualified ESL and German teacher.
