Angie Knox - Research

Angie's core research interests are within the areas of service sector employment regulation and management systems. Her research encompasses managerial strategies emphasizing labour flexibility through the deployment of sophisticated working time systems as well as training and skill development programs. She also studies occupational segregation and the impact of equal employment opportunity legislation within the workplace.
