Edwina is a Senior Consultant in the Deloitte Human Capital Consulting practice in Sydney and has a passion for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). Deloitte is the largest human capital consulting firm in the world and in
2012 was awarded “Inclusive Workplace of the Year” by AHRI Diversity Awards.
Through her work at Deloitte Edwina has been involved in a range of projects focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, talent management, change management, cultural transformation and merger and acquisitions.
Having facilitated D&I programs in Australia and abroad, Edwina is a key member of the D&I practice at Deloitte. Edwina currently manages the creation of the thought leadership D&I newsletter and has worked with a variety of clients on diversity including BHP Billion, Caltex, AGL and Stockland.
Edwina has been spoken at diversity and strategy for companies such as Toyota and the National Australia Bank. Most recently Edwina spoke at the National Disability Employment Summit held in Sydney.
Edwina joined Deloitte in March 2011 after completing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management where she graduated with distinction. Edwina’s MBA build on an undergraduate degree in International Studies majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales. Prior to Deloitte, Edwina worked on strategic and operational HR initiatives as a Human Resource Manager.
