Description
This unit has been designed for students who are interested in gaining a broader understanding of performance measurement and management systems used in organisations to achieve organisational objectives successfully. The unit critically examines performance and management systems as systems that generate and use financial and non-financial information for planning, control and decision making purposes, and provides a systematic and critical analysis of the relevant issues.
