Business Unit Descriptions

You can access a list of all undergraduate units within the Department of Business or you can access groups of units according to subject areas:

  • BBA - Business Administration
  • BUS - Business
  • DEM - Demography
  • HRM - Human Resource Management
  • MKTG - Marketing
The Macquarie University undergraduate demography program offers the most extensive range of undergraduate units in demography in Australia. These units are not only available to all undergraduate students enrolled at Macquarie University but also may be taken by students who are enrolled at other Australian universities, and by people who are not enrolled at another Australian tertiary institution. Non-award enrolment is available in undergraduate and postgraduate units on a tuition-fee-paying basis. Students enrol in one or more University units (subjects), undertaking units and a study load at a pace that suits their interests and needs.
