Business Degrees at Macquarie
Business Studies can be undertaken within several business courses offered by Macquarie University. The most popular of these being the Bachelor of Business Administration and the Bachelor of Commerce.
The Bachelor of Business Administration provides students with a structured business course in management without requiring them to undertake a full specialisation in subject areas such as accounting or marketing. In the second and third year of this business degree, students may choose electives from across the university or specialise in a range of areas of study.
The Bachelor of Commerce is a flexible business degree to prepare students for a range of business careers. In the first year, students study a set of broad, integrated foundation units to orient themselves within a business course. In the second and third years, students move on to complete one or two majors to develop depth in their chosen commerce discipline(s). A variety of majors are available for our business courses.
Students may also choose to study business courses through a variety of other single degrees.
